[TenTec] Orion II: Flaky Multi encoder

[Bob, W3IDT]

All the replies listing connector issues...

Lifted the OrionII about 1/2 of the table then dropped it.
All problems went away!

Now if I can only get either my MicroKeyer or my RigBlaster to work I'll 
be all set. Big learning curve: Multiple user errors no doubt...
(BTW: Both companies, MicroHam and West Mountain, have been SUPER in 
responding the emails.)
