[TenTec] zero adjust S meter in Orion II

Make sure the S-meter Mode is set to "RF Signal" and not "AGC Level".  (in
the "OTHER" menu)

Thanks, Mike. I have that calibration procedure, but the S meter is way high
and I need to put it back to zero when there is no signal present (short out
the ant input). I should have been more explicit in my cry for help.
