Cathy and Al Sauder are "regulars" at many of the hamfests in this neck of the woods.  (Used to be "most" but they've been cutting back on their travel the last few years)

Amongst their many offerings are SO-238 "barrel connectors" of varying lengths, including 8 inches and as long as 12.
