Yeah, I suspected it was a failed Q1.

Notice that my question was posted on 8/8 at 9:37pm EDT. It took 18 hours for my post to materialize on the forum. So, this post may also take 18 hrs to get to you. Guess the MSN mail server delayed delivery of the message. BTW, when my first message didn't post, I sent the same message again about 30 min later. So, don't be surprised if you get the same question again...just postmarked 10:03 pm EDT.

No it was 190 in the operate mode. the 2n3055 was shorted.
