[TenTec] Ham Radio Deluxe

I am having difficulty connecting to the software program, Ham Radio Deluxe.  When I attempt to “connect”,  an error message comes up saying “can not find the file specified.  Make sure your radio is switched on and not in memory mode.”  The Radio is a Ten Tec Omni VII.  I have tried all the com ports and speeds and auto-detect.  I have the Soundcard input and output specified as USB Audio Codec.  Any help would be appreciated!  The computer is a NanoPC running Window 10 Pro.
