[TenTec] Triton IV 544 unstable frequency

I'm sure it's the frequency jumping around because I'm injecting a known-stable signal at the antenna port and also, when I key it for a period of time into a dummy load, I hear it jumping on the receiver I'm using to monitor the transmit sigs.

I did end up taking the cover off the PTO and touching up the solder joints and I think that might have helped.
