[TenTec] Orion 565 doesn't work anymore.

Good point Bill. 

As Ten Tec ALWAYS told folks on the phone, if you are having trouble with just about anything regarding flakey problems like this, recap the A9 board.

I have cured several Orion’s with this repair.
