[TenTec] OMNI VI Model 563 -- no digital readout (Peter Bertini)

The MAX 7219 chips on the LED DISPLAY DRIVER BOARD appear to be available
from Mouser. Please excuse if you have already changed those. Seems like a
failure there could be the cause.
