[TenTec] Troubleshooting Century 21 Power Issue

Ken Simpson, W8EK, advertises regularly on QTH.com, and is currently parting out a Century 21, including transformer, boards and cabinet parts.
I have bought from Ken in the past and can vouch for his honesty and accurate product descriptions.
