[TenTec] O-II Encoder Part?

I guess it might be that Ten-Tec has a large stock of the encoders it 
used which were likely the same for O, O-II, and Omni7. If so then they 
are as per original I assume. If not NOS it would be good to know where 
they are sourcing such apparently unobtainable items. Then again maybe 
they just had the manufacturer build them 10,000 off.
