[TenTec] Orion II Won't Power Up

I've confirmed that 12vdc is making it past the molex connector and onto the pins of the circuit board.  I've removed the power protection diode from the circuit with no change.
Master reset goes nowhere.
I'm flummoxed.

Recheck all power connections from the power supply to the radio.   The
white Molex connector for DC power on the radio is known to be
problematic.  Make sure all is tight there.

If the transient diode has failed it may short to ground which should
blow the fuse or over current the power supply.   If the diode is open,
it won't make any difference.  Except you won't have transit protection
on the DC line.

Try a Master Reset from a Power Off condition.
