[TenTec] Orion II No Output 10M and 12M

Relays on the Low Pass Filter board may have an open coil. 10 & 12 share the same filter section.  Two relays per filter section, coils in parallel.  Also I recall a small RFC in series with the coil.  I’ve see those open.
