Mike has the solution for the amp relay.  Have you checked to see if there's already one there?  
As for the audio filter, if it uses the same one as the TRITON IV, it's a simple op amp device, that plugs in the audio circuitry.  I made one many years ago when I first got this great rig.  Not certain if I used Ten Tec's circuit or the one that MFJ started their line of equipment with.  You might watch on EBay (was I allowed to mention that!) for a junker of either rig, and find one being parted out.  Trouble is, the old ones don't often die!
