[TenTec] Jupiter power switch

There is more to the power ON/ OFF than the power switch and the 
relay.   I suggest you study the schematic before replacing parts.   It 
is more likely NOT the switch or the relay.    I'd more suspect Q1, 
2N4124 or Q2, 2N4124.
