[TenTec] Orion 565 PA adjustment

Your will need to put a DC amp meter in series with the 13.8 V red wire 
from the power distribution board going into the PA box. With the radio 
in USB mode, mike audio to minimum, key the transmitter and adjust both 
pots for minimum current.  Then adjust R19, driver bias, for an increase 
of 50 ma.  Then adjust R15, PA bias, for and additional increase of 500 
ma.   Remove the meter and reconnect the red wire to the power 
distribution board.
