[TenTec] Proper TenTec 960 power Supply Schematic

[James Duffer]

Kind of unusual that "both" power supplies exhibit this sympton.  What are you using for a load?

Whoa, that’s interesting….

Sounds like it’s going into current limiting. As the other guys have said, dig out the VOM and check the value of the current sense resistors. These are usually large sand type with rather low values. One or more might have opened up.
