Please forgive my appalling ignorance of the proper nomenclature. Underneath
the serial number label is another label that says "Option 3 Factory
Installed". So at least now we know exactly what this is, a 563 with option
3. I always thought that made it a 6+ but I'm just an old geezer with more
enthusiasm than brains.

It cannot be a 564 option 3. No such thing. If it's a 563 option 3, it's not
a plus.

offering it here to the list first because everyone here know what a great
radio this is. This one is possibly the nicest one on the planet. Not a

roofing filter. I have not used it in a while (right now the rig on the desk
is an Orion), it is in storage in the closet off my radio room. No smoke or

Can send photos if desired. Includes the power cord, but no mic. I'm pretty
sure I still have the original manual but the TenTec site has a pdf readily
available. Questions welcome.
