I'll try to answer everything I know, as best as I can.

Yes, they are assignable and it can do simultaneous reception on different bands on different antennas. Diversity was not planned for Phoenix at this time. It may be possible to upgrade it later.

Yes, full remote station control using Client/ Server architecture implemented. Embedded web server with no external software ready to go out of the box.

Yes, there is RCA key in and key out on the rear panel of production Phoenix! There is full loop keying implemented.
