S9 - A group of experienced operators from Norway and Sweden =
(namely
LA6FJA, LA7THA, LA5QKA, LA5UF, LA6EIA, LA7WCA, LC3EAT, =
LC6ZBT,
SM5COP and SM5IMO) will be active from Sao Tome (AF-023) on =
4-10
February. They have been given oral permission and hope S79LA =
will
be issued to them. They expect to have at least two stations =
on the
air 24 hours a day and plan to operate on 160-6 metres CW, =
SSB,
RTTY, PSK31 and may be SSTV, with amplifiers, a wide =
range of
antennas and an emphasis on the low and WARC bands, digital =
modes
and 6 metres. The Pilots will be Trond/LA9VDA (North & South =
America
