[TOEC] Claimed Scores SAC CW 2006

It is good to hear Jan that all my memory is not totally vanished :)
So it used to be the competition between national leagues until NRAU made a
secret decision to list OH0 separately ;)

It propably doesn't matter if OH0 is separate entry or not, but for
contesterts it would be good if it will be in the written rules. Because I
think that in Finland generally the most of the contesters (including those
who travel to OH0 for SAC) have thought that OH0 scores count for Finland,
not for Åland.
