[TOEC] SAC as is, or?

Hi all

  CQ WW RTTY deserves full attention by the contesting
commmunity. SAC Phone is also "a major contest" with its
> 500 log entries. SAC phone and CQ WW RTTY should not be
organized at the time. 

  How about making SAC CW 3rd full weekend of September
(leaving it there as is) and SSB 2nd full weekend of October, 
i.e. make it 2-3 weeks later?

  2nd full weekend would collide with:

  - Makrothen RTTY, is this a major event?
  - ARRL EME (VHF)
  - Oceania DX CW, (CW)
  - Pennysylvania QSO Party (local?)
  - North ameraican Sprint, RTTY (local?)
  - UBA ON 2 m contest (VHF)
  
I assume CQ WW Phone is in the last full weekend of October,
and that there always are from 4 to 5 full weekends in a
31-day month. 

What say?
