If they get some spare time they will maybe be active a few days from Tulun (OC-256), but that is uncertain. A special permission is needed to be able to visit the islands, which as some researchers beleive belongs to those that will sink into the ocean in about 5 years! The expedition will be very expensive, ca 30.000 USD.

is being organized to take place in February 2008 by a team of 13 experienced operators. Landing permissions and licences have  been granted, and a suitable charter vessel has been secured.
