[TOEC] NRAU Baltic rules?

Has there been any update on NRAU-Baltic rules considering the frequency expansion on 40 m SSB?

At least I have not noticed and for example in www.sral.fi contest calendar NRAU links to rules in SM3CER contest service.

The event will happen 10.1.2010, which is quite soon and SSA is organizer. Please inform wider 40 m scale, I believe it stil can be done via reflektors.
