[TOEC] I: OH1RX in SAC CW was on outsourced operation.

Neither SK3W, SM6YOU-2 (SK6AW.NET), RN6BNm, K1TTT, VE7CC nor RBN shows any spots
of OH1RX during or around SAC CW.
They are only visible on DXSummit's webpage (wich is linked to most telnet
clusters). Is someone pulling your leg?
