by F4AJQ, F5UFX and a large team of operators (namely F1HRE, 
F1NGP, F2JD, F2VX, F5EOT, F5PED, F5VHQ, F6BIV, F6ENO, F8BJI, 
FM5CD, I2VGW, K4SV N2WB, N6OX and ON7RN). Requested call is TJ3C. 
They plan to operate CW, SSB and PSK on 160-10 metres, with six 
stations active around the clock and a focus on 160-30 metres and

Activity will be on 160-10 meters CW only. QSL via his home

- 21/2 MARIANA ISLANDS; KHØ/JM2RUV 
will operate CW and SSB, including an entry in the ARRL DX CW

- 21/2 AUSTRALIA; VK5MAV/5 OC-139 
from Kangaroo Island. Activity will be holiday style and mainly on 
40 meters CW and some possible SSB. Suggested frequencies (if not 
in use or QRM) are 7012 kHz and 14012 kHz, listen up 1-2 kHz. 
Suggested operating time: 0900z until propagation ends, starting 
on 20m with later migration to 40m. He will use an IC-7200 w/100 
watts into 2 element vertical phased on 40m and a G5RV for the

from Tarawa Island by N7OU and W7YAQ. Activity will be on 160-10 
meters, using mostly CW with some SSB and RTTY, and using 100 
watts and vertical antennas. They will also be in the ARRL DX CW

from Saipan to celebrate Silver Jubilee of the international 
exchange programme between Seisa Group (Japan) and Marianas High

Activity is to commemorate the birthday of their father of the 
Patria, Juan Pablo Duarte, and to celebrate their 167th nniversary 
of independence. A special QSL card will be sent to all the 
stations that have a contact with their 9 different circuit

160/80/40/20/17/15/10 meters using CW, SSB and the Digital modes.

Amateur radio operators from Kuwait are allowed to use special 
prefix 9K50 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the independence 
of their country. The Kuwait Amateur Radio Society (KARS) will 
operate as 9K50NLD on 24-28 February.

- 28/2 CANADA; CJ1 and  CK1 
Amateur radio operators in the Provice of Nova Scotia will be 
permitted to use special prefixes CJ1 and CK1 during the entire 
month of February to celebrate the 2011 Canada Games to be held in 
Halifax. VA1 stations will be allowed to use the special prefix 
CJ1, while VE1 stations will use the special prefix CK1.

by DG7RO. Activity will be holiday style on 160-10 meters using 
mainly SSB and RTTY, and possibly CW. He will use a FT-857 w/100 
watts into a dipole and longwire antenna. Also, look for him to be

by F5PHW. Since he is there for work, his on air activities will 
be limited, but he will try to operate as much as possible. If he 
lives in a house, Phil intends to be active on all HF bands from 
80-10 meters mainly on CW and RTTY (possibly some PSK31) with very 
little SSB using only 100 watts. His antennas from the house QTH 
will be: 80-40m - Inverted V + HF6VX (GP), 30m - HF6VX, 20-10m - 
HF6VX + Spiderbeam (not sure). However, if he lives in an 
apartment the antenna may only be the HF6VX. QSL via F8BPN, by the

by EI3IO. Operations will initially focus on the bands 3.5 MHz to 
30 MHz. He also intends to be QRV on 1.8 MHz for the 2010/2011

from West Island by G3SWH and G3RTE. Our activity will be on CW 
only on all bands 80-10 meters. There will be no 160, 6 meters 
or EME activity. Propagation permitting, we plan to have two 
stations on the air for as many hours every day as is possible. 
Our main objective is to work as many European, North American and 
ROTW stations on as many different bands as possible and plan to
