to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the independence of the 
Republic of Namibia and the 21st birthday of the Namibian Amateur 
Radio League (NARL). All amateurs in Namibia are allowed to use 
the special event callsign for the  duration of the event, and all 
operators are required to send in their logs so the NARL QSL 
Bureau can send out special QSL cards to all worked stations.

DX-88 and other antennas!" Activity will be on all bands (160-6m) 
and modes but with a concentrating on the lower bands. Operations

meters, and 20 meters (in that order) during the evenings and 
weekends. The mode will be mainly CW, but Digital will be used and 
SSB can be requested by using the E-mail address at the top of the

by ex-F5INL. Activity will be on 20/17/15/12/10 meters using

- July  FRENCH POLYNESIA; FO 
by F5PHW. Since he is there for work, his on air activities will 
be limited, but he will try to operate as much as possible. If he 
lives in a house, Phil intends to be active on all HF bands from 
80-10 meters mainly on CW and RTTY (possibly some PSK31) with very 
little SSB using only 100 watts. His antennas from the house QTH 
will be: 80-40m - Inverted V + HF6VX (GP), 30m - HF6VX, 20-10m - 
HF6VX + Spiderbeam (not sure). However, if he lives in an 
apartment the antenna may only be the HF6VX. QSL via F8BPN, by the

by EI3IO. Operations will initially focus on the bands 3.5 MHz to 
30 MHz. He also intends to be QRV on 1.8 MHz for the 2010/2011

using a number of batteries with both solar charging and a small

SSB Contest (March 26-27th), they will use the callsign V31MM. 
Prior to the contest and after the contest, they will be operating

Little Cayman. He plans to operate during the CQ WPX SSB Contest 
(March 26-27th) on Little Cayman, on 40-10 meters using a IC-7000 
and vertical antenna. Current plans are to operate holiday style 
outside the contest on SSB, RTTY, PSK31 and the satellites (AO-51, 
SO-50, VO-52 and FO-29). Most activity will be in the afternoons

26/3 - 8/4 NEPAL; 9N7AN and 9N7WL  
from the High View Resort (1570m ASL) in Dhulikhel, which is 
located about 25 km from Kathmandu, by DK5WL, DK7AN, DL4SVA and 
DL9GFB. Activity will be on all HF bands, 160-10 meters and 2 
meters as well. Modes to be used are CW, SSB, RTTY, PSK31 and 
JT65b on 2m. They also plan to activate Nepal for the first time 
on 144 MHz in JT65b by Earth-Moon-Earth (EME) communication using 
the callsign 9N7WL. The 2m EME operation will be on March 30th.

PA3AN (SSB/RTTY). Activity will be on 160-6 meters using CW, SSB 
and RTTY. The equipment consists of 3 transceivers and linears. 
The antennas are verticals for 160-30m and beams for 20-6m. For 
160m, 80m, 40m and 30m extra receiving antennas will be used to 
improve station receive capability. They will have a 160/80m 
receive 4-square and 2 DHDL's for 30/40m. They will take special

experiment, the team will also try to work 6m EME contacts using

Activity will be on 10-160 metres CW, SSB and RTTY, with three 
stations, two using full licensed power linear amplifiers, and a 
third running 100 watts. Antennas will mainly be quarter-wave 
verticals and vertical dipoles, all located within a few metres of 
the ocean. For 160m an inverted-L will be used. Further

27/9 - 25/10  EASTERN KIRIBATI; T32C OC-024 
from Kiritimati (Christmas Island) by the Five Star DXers 
Association of 9M0C, D68C, 3B9C and 3B7C. A very large group of 40 
member experienced operators from 13 different DXCC entities will 
be active as T32C (requested callsign) on all bands and modes, 
with up to 16 stations on the air, using amplifiers along with 
monoband beams and vertical dipole arrays, 24 hours a day, for 
almost four weeks, including four weekends. The primary objective 
is to give as many DXers as possible a first contact with this 
rare DXCC entity and, as a secondary objective, to give as many 
band-slots as possible.

CQ WW DX SSB Contest. They will operate CW, SSB and RTTY on 80-10 
metres, with two stations and possibly a third one during peak 
periods. Their primary callsign will be PJ7X (QSL via F6EXV); 
other callsigns will be PJ7NK (to be used on digital modes, QSL 
via DJ8NK) and PJ7J (to be used on 80 metres, QSL via JA1BK). All
