1120z and his sunrise is about 2300z. He states, "I am usually on 
.022 or .028 for CW and .085 for RTTY if they are not already 
busy. On 80m, I am usually on 3.512 MHz listening up 1. I am

30/17/12 meter bands or the lower bands. Also, for the first time,

8/6 - 24/6	SAINT MARTIN; FS/K9EL NA-105 
Activity will be holiday style (on a family vacation) and he will 
be operating whenever possible. He will be using an IC7000 and 
verticals for 80-10 meters, a 3 element yagi for 6 meters and will 
be operating on CW, SSB, and he plans to put an emphasis on RTTY 
this trip. He will also bring an amplifier with him to better his 
signal on 6 meters. He states, "Schedules are welcome and QSL to 
my home call. I will also attempt to do daily uploads to Club Log 
and LoTW. Part of the trip will include planning for 160 meter 
antennas as I plan to operate 160 in November as part of my 
planned CQWW CW participation."

11/6 - 22/6	TANZANIA; 5H9CP  
by NK8O/VE3ISD. He states, "I am primarily a CW operator. QRP and 
straight key operators, please be ready! After fighting through 
pile-ups with my QRP station at home, I understand the challenges. 
The rig on this trip will be an Elecraft KX3 and antenna arrays 
will depend on the trees, how high I can get the ropes to go, and 
whether a dipole, loop, or vertical will be the 
best for the site from which I choose to operate. Times and 
frequencies will be published [QRZ.com] before my departure for 
Tanzania, but they definitely will not be written in stone. 
Operating times will depend entirely on my responsibilities and

will be on the HF bands, on or near the usual island and IOTA

Island (NA-185) for a few hours sometime between June 25-29th. On

from Pago Pago by N3QQ and N7RO will be making a quick trip down 
to American Samoa, to just have talks with the U.S. Fish & 
Wildlife Service (FWS) about a potential expedition in the future 
to Rose Atoll (OC-190). However, they may be active during their

2/7 - 25/8	S. COOK IS.; E51AND OC-013 
from Rarotonga Island by AB7FS. Activity will be holiday style. As 
a member of the Straight Key Century Club (SKCC #7723), he plans 
to operate straight key CW at or around 14050 kHz, and he will be 
looking especially for SKCC members. He also checks into the ANZA 
net (which meets at 0515z daily on 14183 kHz). QSL via his home

10/7 - 17/7	ST. PIERRE & MIQUELON; FP/KV1J NA-032 
from the Island of Miquelon (NA-032, DIFO FP-002 WLOTA 1417, Grid 
GN17). Activity will be on 160-6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and 
PSK31 (but primarily CW, SSB and RTTY). He will generally be on 
the highest frequency band that is open, and he may try 6 meters 
if there is an indications of openings. Also, look for him on the 
satellites, weather permitting. He will also be in the IARU HF 
Contest (July 14-15th) as a Single-Op/All-Band/Mixed-Mode/High-

by W5JON. Activity will be on 80-6 meters using SSB. His activity 
will also include RSGB IOTA (SSB) Contest as a Single-Op/All-Band 
entry. Equipment will be: Kenwood TS-590S and a SB200 Amplifier 
and a 80-10m Multiband Dipole and S9 Vertical; 6m will be a 3 
element yagi. His XYL, W5HAM, will occasionally operate as V47HAM.

from Cay Caulker by W5HNS, K0BCN and W5MRM. Activity will be on 
40-10 meters using a 5 band hexbeam and a 40m dipole, operating CW 
and SSB. There will only be one transceiver, so they will not be 
on more than one band at a time. During the RSGB IOTA Contest 
(July 28-29th), they will sign V31MX and be on the contest allowed 
bands alternating CW and SSB (on 40m and up). QSL via their home

26/7 - 1/8 	ST. PAUL I.; CY9M  
IOTA Contest included, the 10-man team will be active all bands, 
modes (160-2m) with special attention on 6m and 160m, if 
propagation allows. A Web site is currently under construction and 
will be ready in a few short weeks where much more info can be 
found. The QSL Manager for the expedition is M0URX. Today, 
according to that list and ClubLog, CY9 is needed more than 
entities such as Tokelau (ZK3) or PY0T (Trindade & Martim Vaz). 
The team consists of AB5EB, EA1DR, EA2TA, EA3NT, IZ7ATN, MM0NDX, 
SM0MDG, SV2KBS, VA3FM and VE3EN.

27/7 - 29/7	UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; W6UX/p NA-144 
from Anacapa Island by W6UX and other five operators, from around 
22 UTC on 27 July until 12 UTC on the 29th. IOTA Contest included. 
Look for them on 10, 15, 20, 30 (Friday only), and 40 metres. QSL

August	COMOROS; D64K AF-007 
A team of Europeon operators will be active from Comoros Islands. 
Operators mentioned are IW3SQY, IV3DSH, IT9YVO, IZ8GCE, IZ4AKS, 
SP3DOI and C31CT/EA3QS. The team has already obtained all 
permissions, and the license has been sent to the DXCC Desk. The 
official D64K Web site will go online about a month before the

Activity will be mainly on CW on all bands including 6 meters with

4/9 - 18/9	SWAINS I.; NH8S OC-200 
Operators W8GEX K9CT will lead a multi-international team of 20 
operators. The team will operate six stations over a 14 day 
period, from 160-6 meters on all modes. A great emphasis will be 
put on Europe where it is most needed. The current list of team 
members include AA4NN, DJ7JC, DL3DXX, I8NHJ, K5AB, K6MM, K6TD, 
K9CT, KH7Y, N2TU, N6HC, NA6M, ND2T, NI6T, SM5AQD, W4BUW, W6KK,

by a multi-national team. Activity will be on 160-10 meters, 
including the 30/17/12 meter bands, using CW, SSB and RTTY. They 
plan to have 15 to 18 operators with 4 to 5 stations on the air 24 
hours. Their equipment will be Icom 7000s and Elecraft K2s. 
Antennas will be 3 Spiderbeam (5 bands), 80m vertical full size, 
inverted L for 160m, vertical for 40m, vertical dipole for 30m and 
beverages for receiving. The operators mentioned are F1HRE, F5EOT, 
F6BIV, I2VGW, I8YGZ, IK2LTR, IZ2GNQ, IZ8CCW, ON7RN, UZ2HKC,

RTTY, with a minimum of three stations (possibly 5 stations) on

March 2013	CLIPPERTON I; TX5 NA-011 
Cordell Expeditions has announced plans for a DXpedition to 
Clipperton Island. A team of up to 24 operators will be QRV under 
	a TX5 callsign TBA for 10 days starting around 1 March. They will 
be active on all bands and modes with up to 8 stations, and will 
use an advanced version of DXA, the satellite-linked system that 
displays near-real-time log data. For the time being the team 
includes KK6EK, DL1MGB, NP4IW, DL3DXX, DJ5IW, SP5XVY and DL8LAS.
