[TOEC] Proposal: LP Category on SOSB in SAC

Mats et all,

I actually failed to mention that my LP proposal for SOSB
in the SAC was only intended to apply to Scandinavians! 

I apologize for stirring up unnecessary brainwaves. 

A few words about the RDXC again. While still full of praise 
for an extremely well managed contest, I cannot refrain from
pointing out the few actual 'beauty spots'. This time, I would
like to aim a stab at the rule against running the RDXC via 
Remote Control.

Wake up, RDXC Committee Members! This is 2012!
If you want to chase cheaters, please keep up the good 

job, but don´t make life sour for honest people living in 
the 21st century!
