[TOEC] Marketing of SAC 2013

Seems to me that marketing efforts for SAC to foreign participants is quite
low.

One week remains and we have this "not so impressive" list of announced
operations:

Who is responsible for the marketing in the Committee?  Or is that the
nation in charge of awards and plaques?  NRRL this year I assume.

I have a feeling SAC is in sleeping mode despite that 2013 perhaps is the
peak of this sunspot cycle...
