[TOEC] Ny test - UKEICC 80m contest

Onsdagen efter SAC CW börjar en ny kort test på 80 meter som arrangeras av
UKEICC med samma

poängberäkning som i Stew Perry (avståndet räknas). Det är snabba puckar
som gäller. Loggen måste vara

inlämnad inom en timma efter testens slut och efter ytterligare en timma
lovar man att resultatet skall vara

First short contest 24th Sept CW 80m one Hour using Stew Perry distance
measurement. See:
