I will not participate in the SAC contest as long as the SAC committee
and the NRAU discriminate Russian and Belarus hams. This discrimination
violates the core spirit and values of amateur radio ans well as the
guidelines of IARU and ARRL.

According to the UN:s definition of racism this could very well be
exactly that. UN:s definition of racism is "racial discrimination as any
distinction, exclusion, restriction, or preference based on race, color,
descent, or national or ethnic origin that impairs the equal enjoyment
of human rights and fundamental freedoms in political, economic, social,
cultural, or public life."

Russian or Belarus hams did not start the war. Their government started
the war. They are not resonable just as Israel hams are not resonable
for the war in Gaza. Is the NRAU and SAC committee going to stop Israel
hams from participating in SAC? You could easily argue the Israel is
"aggressive" in Gaza. you can also argue that Iran is a very
"aggressive" country.

There many aggressive countries and governments in this world.
Discrimination of ham operators is not going to change that fact.

NO POLITICS OR RELIGION IN HAM RADIO!
