TopBand: CO7EH

Still trying to get a QSL from CO7EH from last years 160 mtr contest.
Direct and via WF5E (as suggested) resulted in not cards.  Repeated sending
of Green Stamps to Cuba is just throwing money away.  Anybody have any luck
with obtaining a card ?
