TopBand: Need qsl info for SU2MT DEC 95 OPERATION

Does anyone have the QSL info for the Dec '95 operation of SU2MT? I have
heard the card can be gotten from a station in California. My QSO was on
the 9th of Dec, 1995. on 160CW. Thanks for any help.
