TopBand: "XV7SW unworkable"

Hello all,

Some days ago, I read on this Reflector that I am "unworkable" on Top Band. 
First I was tempted to agree, since I am located in downtown Hanoi and 
surrounded by welding shops, a growing number of neon signs and other sources 
of noise.

However, some _very_ skilled operators manage to work me now and then, such 
as the following guys on December 7: 

 N6AW    1435z
 W6BA    1437z
 N6ND    1438z
 N2MAU/6 1441Z
 W6KUT   1442z
 N6KI    1445Z
