TopBand: SEBORGA - T00TN

Hi folks,

does anyone have detailed infos on the current status of SEBORGA?
T00TN has been active on 80m and was on 160m tonight 1827 kHz/18.15 UT.
QSL via OKDXF (Czech-DX-Foundation). Operators speak Czech language.
Is this a new country now or does it still have the status like before?
Any comments appreciated. Bill/K5FVU pse hw?
