TopBand: Stew Perry

I see quite a few references on the reflector to the "Stu Perry" Contest.
I think that it's important to get the name right. W1BB's name was Stew,
not Stu. I have his QSL and copies of his Newsletters to confirm this. So,
it's the Stew Perry Topband Distance Challenge.
