TI9, COCOS ISLANDS.  The DXNS and several other bulletins report that
Carlos, TI4CF, will be active for a few days (or maybe two weeks) starting
December 21st. Presumably using the callsign TI9CF.  Activity will have
an emphasis on 160 and 80 meters.
