TopBand: Activity 12/22 - 12/23

It's interesting to see what other people are hearing.  I thought
that I would compare what I heard/worked compared to WO1N.  The
details on those not worked are fairly accurate, but are based on 
the combination of my notepad and my memory for time and strength.

On hearing the band from 0450 to 0505 I thought that we were in for a
super night.  Signals were stronger than normal and had been going up.
However, that was the peak and relative signal levels seemed to be slowly
going down after that.  It turned out to be a "just" a good night...
