TopBand: KH8

[Dick Bodine]

Not strong but almost equal strength on low dipole and shunt-fed tower.
Worked @ 1210z with 100 watts, on the first call.  Now I must apologize
to all, I thought I was split (really.. I knew he was!!) and was very
surprised when he came back to me on his frequency.
