TopBand: ZB2FK - QSLing

Hi folks,

someone mentioned on the reflector he still needs QSL from ZB2FK.
I am just listening to ZB2FK on 1825 kHz (2215 UT) and he said:
   ...QSL to CBA with SAE + return postage...
Hope this info helps - do not know how much return postage he needs...
Guess 2...3 GREENs will do it...
