TopBand: KH8 for JA

Don, KH8/N5OLS, asked me to pass the word that he will be looking
for JA Saturday from approximately 1600Z to 1700Z (his sunrise is
around 16:50).  He will transmit 1.828 and QSX 1910 or 1911. Don
has only worked one JA on Top Band thus far, so please put out
the word to any interested JA Top Band guys.
