TopBand: OX3IPA 160 Schedule

I spoke with OX3IPA on 20 CW this morning and he said he would be 
QRV on 160 again at 00:00 GMT.  Since several people had trouble 
hearing him through the QRM on 1830, I suggested he move up or 
down a bit from that spot.  Good Luck
