TopBand: XZ1N decent sigs

XZ1N was quite audible this AM on 160.  First heard him around 1430Z (Thurs)
about 339.  By 1500Z he was a solid 559 on peaks and still copiable during
fades. By 1515Z he had faded some and was starting to work EU, which seemed
to dash my chances.  KH6 and West Coast USA calling, too, but he was
clueless.  Wound up getting to work late, which was not good considering the
meeting on tardiness and being on time earlier this week.  Had I only worked
the XZ1N....
