TopBand: vq9ss active

Hello Guys,

I would like to pass on to the group that Pres, vq9ss/n6ss, is again active
from Diego Garcia.  He will be on the island for the next 4 months.

He will be active this weekend as a single band 160m entry in the CQWW
contest .  After the contest he should be active most evenings from local
sunset thru W6/7 sunrise.

If anyone would like to make skeds with Pres let me know and I will attempt
to help.
