TopBand: C21BH 160M wl QRV in WW test

   I asked C21BH on 10107kHz at 07:20z today, "QRV 160 TODAY ?" 
and answer was "YES YES, DURING TEST". 
   Then, it seems to be QRV from TOMORROW". 

   XZ1N is quite active on 160 and loud sigs, but as many chasers say 
XZ1N has receiving problems, they cann't even pick up JA stns sometimes.
