TopBand: C21BH

     I have not heard much of C21 on 160 - this morning an operator was 
     calling CQ on about 3504 khz at 1215z and had a good assortment of W's 
     calling, but no QSOs.  by 1230z he was running Europe on 40CW.  at 
     1300z he was running UA9s and some USA on 40 CW!  Glad I worked C21RK 
     many years ago
