TopBand: Japanese 'tea garden' opened again!

Hi folks,

last evening the 'Japanese Tea Garden' (1907.5 - 1912.5 kHz) opened it's
gates. Great to hear the signals from JA6LCJ, JA4LKB, JA5DMH and a few
more coming through the Russian ssb-qrm pretty well. Looks like a good
start... Welcome back friends in zone 25!
