Ah Randy, you preach the gospel of truth! I have been saying basically the
same for years...there "aint" no reason to make it anymore difficult than it
need to be! 

Only suggestion is to make sure the resistors are carbon, not wire wound and
"pot" them with electrician's putty to wx proof them.  Good job!
