As Mike VK6HD has written,C91CO is already active.He was also at 0000 utc/the
strongest/ and afterwards 0030,0200 utc.TX as usually on 1828 but he has changed
his QSX freq to 1833 kHz /he has QRM on 1836/.
Also JW5NM 1830 / 0200 utc.
