The K-sums for the College, AK magnetometer for the week of 14-20 October 
were lowest on October 15 and 17, the sums being 3 and 5, respectively 
for the 24-hour periods.  Add 27 days and look for good Top Band 
propagation across the auroral zone and polar cap.
